Joanne works as a quantum hypnotherapist and holds trauma therapy qualifications and counselling skills with 24 years’ experience as a complementary therapist. She is an avid student and reader of the Tarot and is the author and producer of Journey to the Sacred Isle, a work that is a weaving of Tarot archetypes and the Isle of Avalon. Joanne has been on a journey of self-discovery and spiritual awakening for many years and has studied the psychic arts with the Spiritualist Association of Great Britain, which led her to the creation of a lifestyle which is centred around Mother Earth and the old ways of our ancestors; following the seasons and living in harmony with nature, which was a bridge for her to discover the magic of Avalon. Joanne has studied the ways of the Priestess with Glastonbury Goddess Temple, dedicating as a Priestess of the Goddess. A deepening of this journey was her passion for the Goddesses of water, which has led to her connecting deeply to the wells, springs, rivers, lakes and seas of the British Isles. After listening to the waters, Joanne began to hear the call of the Grail Maidens, the ancient shining ones that kept the waters of wellness alive and flourishing, who were tragically violated and diminished by the rise of patriarchy, which led to the barren wasteland we have been existing in for so long. As a self-dedicated Guardian of the Waters Joanne is now working with the Grail Maidens, hearing their call and telling their story, along with many others that are feeling the shift in human consciousness and awareness in these times. To restore the waters of the earth and the waters within us is the deep work that Joanne feels is her vocation to share; as our Mother Earth shifts and heals the waters of Her body, we have this golden age opportunity to heal the waters within and without to assist and be part of the great remembering. As part of the SCA team, Joanne offers you deep ceremonial experiences with the element of water and inspiration to connect with the Grail Maidens. Joanne will also be facilitating personal development experiences through the archetypes of the Tarot, an exciting and refreshing way of learning and growing personally and spiritually through the 78 cards of wisdom.
