Glastonbury herbalist, Julie Bruggeman, offers herb-based foraging walks, workshops and runs a small herbal clinic business from her home in the depths of Avalon.
Julie’s journey into herb craft led her from Belgium to the UK many years ago and what started with a love of wild plants, folk and lore, led to a path into the mysteries and magic of herbal wisdom, along the edges and hedges of native medicine and food, woods of deep mysteries and meadows filled with plant allies.
Julie loves sharing what she’s picked up during her travails into the wild and her training as a medical herbalist. She likes spending her days walking the land, picking, harvesting, crafting and making in service of others and in tune with the rhythms of the wild.
Seasons, tides, rhythms all come into play, and connection with the wild and each other plays a vital role in her work as a herbalist.
Come share the wonders of the wild and play.
